今年2015年9月の第1回ウラジオストック国際経済フォーラムの開催にも見られるとおり、ロシア政府は東シベリアおよび極東の開発に力を入れている。ロシアの国立極東連邦大学で長らく研究所の所長を務めている教授が、この政策の周辺諸国への影響についての見通しを説明する。
ヴィクトル・ラーリン教授紹介
Born: 1952, Vladivostok.
1974-1991: Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Professor, Far East National University
1986-1991: Dean, Faculty for Oriental Studies, Far East National University
1991-present: Director, The Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnology of the Peoples of the Far East (IHAE FEB RAS)
2006-present: Head, Department of International Relation and Security Studies, IHAE
2002-present: Part Time Professor, Far East National (since 2010-Federal) University Editor-in-Chief, scientific journal of the Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnography of the Peoples of the Far East "Russia and the Pacific." Chairman, Civic chamber of Primorye territory.
