The 15th Ocean Dialogue hosted by Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam

兼原研究主幹は、ベトナム外交アカデミー（ベトナム外務省）主催の、The 15th Ocean Dialogue, themed “From Agreement to Action: Implementing BBNJ for Equitable and Effective Ocean Governance” on 18 September 2026 in Ha Noi, Viet Nam, Session 2, titled “Operationalizing International Cooperation under the BBNJ Framework.”に登壇し、報告を行うとともに、Discussion Paperを提出しました。

BBNJ協定実施のための国際協力において、主要な要素となる、「環境影響評価」の義務を発生させる要件について検討しました。
