National West Philippine Summit of 8-9 of July, 2026, in Manila Commemorating the 10th Year of the South China Sea Arbitral Award

兼原研究主幹は、南シナ海仲裁裁定（2026年7月12日）の10周年記念シンポジウムに登壇しました。

（１）“National West Philippine Sea Summit of 8-9 of July, 2026, in Manila
Commemorating the 10th Year of the South China Sea Arbitral Award,” hosted by West Philippine Sea Foundation and others
（２）“A Decade of the Arbitral Award: Credible Deterrence in Defense of the West Philippine Sea,” of 10 of July, 2026 in Manila,” hosted by Stratbase  Institute 

（１）では、能力構築のため、いくつかの講義が行われるとともに、パネルデディスカッションがありました。
講義は、海洋法の歴史と発展、基線、排他的経済水域と大陸棚、紛争解決、南シナ海紛争の現代的起源、島の地位等に関するものでした。
兼原研究主幹は、パネルディスカッション “The 2016 Arbitral Award at 10: Facts, Impact, and Public Understanding,”に登壇し、下方の発表を行いました。

（２）“Fireside Chat: The Path to the Arbitral Award and Its Enduring Relevance”では、Q & Aの形式で、いくつかの論点についてのディスカッションが行われました。
