ZUEV Vladimir - Professor at National Research University - Higher School of Economics (HSE), RF, Moscow; Doctor in World Economy and International Economic Relations; Head of International economic governance and European Integration Chair at HSE. Council Member of the Centre Internationale de Formation Europeenne (CIFE), Nice, France; member of the Monasch University, Centre for European Studies, Australia; member of Scientific Board of the Eurasian Development Bank.
Vast expertise experience in the area of Russian economic reforms and on Russian business climate for foreign companies, working on the Russian market. Many publications, including five books. First Japanese mention: Economic reform and integration, Japanese contribution to IIASA's ERI Project. 1991, the Japan Committee for IIASA, p.34.
