Since systematic reform of the content governing employment contracts is a hot issue in the National Assembly, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has started publishing detailed data on the number of employees, classified on the basis of the period of employment contract, every month, since January 2018. Table 1 shows the first set of data published by the ministry. The share of employees with fixed term employment contracts is 23.7% for males, 38.1% for females, and 30.3% for all employees. Future changes in these trends are of interest.
